All orders will be processed within 1-3 business. Please allow 5-7 business days for standard delivery time (USPS First Class). If you need your order sooner, you can upgrade to Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express at checkout for an additional fee. Please note that shipping varieties and rates may vary due to various purchase order sizes and weights.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order starts being processed, you will receive another email with a USPS tracking number. You can check the status of your order at any time by clicking the hyperlink in your email or by tracking your number at usps.com.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your package arrives damaged, you must let us know within 24 hours of receiving the order.
*Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.
We hope you love your new items, but if for any reason they aren’t the perfect fit, we will gladly issue online store credit for the value of the merchandise or exchange your items within 15 days of order arrival. We do not offer refunds at this time. All exchanges are final sale. Unless the item exchange was due to a damage, or an issue on our end.
Items must be returned unworn in NEW condition, unwashed and smoke, deodorant and perfume free. We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met. All sale items, jewelry, activewear, and bodysuits are FINAL SALE. If you receive a damaged item(s), please report the issue to us immediately upon delivery of your order. Please email lexi@lemonjudy.com with any issues and photos of your damaged product.
All customers are personally responsible for return shipping costs and shipping costs will not be refunded with exchanges or online store credit.
